Access the Activity Log in the Transaction Management System by first clicking the My Listings/Transactions link or icon from the My MLS Home Page.
The Activity tab logs emails and all other connectMLS communication activity. The Activity Log is only available to the listing agent who can then allow their seller to see it if they so desire.
The selling party has the ability to monitor the search and view the Activity Log. When a listing is emailed to a prospective buyer for viewing, it is recorded in the Activity Log along with the total number of times the listing has been emailed out. The log also displays the number of times a buyer has indicated any interest in the listing via connectMLS.
The Listing Agent is the only participant that automatically has access to view this tab. The agent has the option to allow their seller to view this tab if they so choose.
