Sending Client Emails

To send your client an email from connectMLS, follow these steps:

  1. Click the My Clients link on the My MLS Home Page.
  2. Click on the email address of the client you want to email.
  3. You can email multiple client contacts by checking the box next to their full name, and clicking on the Envelope icon at the top of the My Clients contact list. 
  4. If you have created and saved email templates in the past, you can choose one to use here using the Template Name drop down menu.
  5. Enter the email subject and message. Check the BCC me box to send an email to yourself.
  6. Click Send Message.
