Edit Listings

You can change the following location data for only five days after a listing number is assigned:

Area Number; Street Number; Compass Point; Street Name; Street Suffix; Unit Number; City Name; State; Zip Code; Zip + 4; County; Township; Corporate Limits; Subdivision; Parcel Identification Number; Coordinates; Grade, Junior High & High School District Numbers

With the exception of Selling Office ID and Selling Agent ID, it is not possible for users to edit any other data on listings in the following statuses: CanceledClosedExpired & Rented.

  1. Click on My Listings/Transactions from the My MLS Home Page.
  2. Click on the Pencil icon to edit your listing.
  3. Choose Edit Listing Details and click Continue 
  4. Here is the same page that you used when you added your listing into connectMLS
  5. After you have made all of your desired changes, click Save Changes.
  6. If your changes pass all of the error checks, you will see an approved message. You will now have an opportunity to print your new listing.
    • Note: Listings containing the following cannot be assigned a Listing Number:
      • Website Address(s)
      • Email Address(s)
      • Phone Number(s)
      • Verbiage relating to “Open House”, “Sales Center”, or “See Agent Remarks” (Agents may place the above references in the Agent Remarks section of the listing)
      • Listings containing “Per Plat” or “Per Survey” for Detached Single Family & 2-4 Unit properties
