The hotsheet is an easy way to keep informed of what’s going on in the local real estate market. By specifying a certain default area, you can track sales, adjustments in prices, and additions or expirations in listings.
- Select Settings from the Settings and Sign-Out menu on the upper right hand side of the navigation menu bar.
- Click the Search & report defaults link under My Defaults.
- Scroll down to Default Hotsheet Search Areas, and then enter in the number of the area(s) or click the Search button to select area(s) that you would like to search-in by default when doing a hotsheet search.
- When finished, click Save.
