Default Hotsheet Search Area Settings

The hotsheet is an easy way to keep informed of what’s going on in the local real estate market. By specifying a certain default area, you can track sales, adjustments in prices, and additions or expirations in listings.

  1. Select Settings from the Settings and Sign-Out menu on the upper right hand side of the navigation menu bar.
  2. Click the Search & report defaults link under My Defaults.
  3. Scroll down to Default Hotsheet Search Areas, and then enter in the number of the area(s) or click the Search button to select area(s) that you would like to search-in by default when doing a hotsheet search.
  4. When finished, click Save.
