Any activity by your Clients will be recorded and displayed in the Client Activity Widget. Like a social media feed, the widget can populate with more entries the farther you scroll.
You can use the leftmost drop-down menu at the top of the widget to indicate which type of Client Activity you’d like to see, be it CMA-related activity, messages your clients send, or the default, All Updates. With the second drop-down menu, you can filter entries by Client, and by default this is set to All Contacts.
You can also toggle between in-line view (simplified, without images) and block view (with images) using the buttons in the top right corner.
